Good Morning Elaine, how are you going with everything, it is such a busy time isn’t it.
I have been trying to find the email that I sent you asking if I could have copies of the recipes that you shared when you did your class in that big hall, but do you think I can locate it ?? Do you remember the email, you kindly replied back and told me to remind you, well here I am.
The class was held at a beautiful location and I think you were using the Cotswold flours, (I have emailed Cotswold and asked them if they were thinking making their flour available to us here in Australia and they are looking in to it) that will be very exciting.
As I was not able to attend in person due to being so far away, could I get copies of the recipes you used & shared with the class please.
Loving the new apron, I have both your books and will get your latest one too.
Oh by the way, I made a loaf of your bread for my Doctor and I dropped it off to his surgery about Lunchtime, he was out doing his home visits, so I never got to give it to him personally, anyway, I had to go back to the Doctor with my husband for his yearly check ups and I asked him how did you like the bread, well, he explained that he shared it with the front receptionists, I think there were about 3 of them, explaining that they are at the coal face dealing with cranky patients etc, and I remember that day when I walked in to the surgery the bread had just come out of my oven and was still warm and the smell was so divine, you know how it smells freshly baked, and the receptionist that I gave it to commented how lovely it looked and smelled, she was so impressed that I had baked it for Dr Pye, he did say that it was lovely and so I baked him another one a couple of days ago but this time I gave it to him at the end of the day and he commented that he would Not have to share this loaf but could take it home to his family and that he was going to earn Brownie Points for bringing home a fresh loaf of Sourdough. How funny is this story.
Looking forward to hearing from you Elaine, when you get a spare few minutes.

Hi Julie, I do remember, thank you for reminding me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
What a lovely story, thank you so much for sharing it!
We had a lovely time at the event last week, it’s so nice to get to meet people in person, plus it’s such a lovely venue.
I will email you some of the recipe details, I’ll also be adding some to my blog in due course.
Have a great day
Elaine xx
